Complimentary 20-minute Telephone Consultation

 

Please email or call me directly regarding rates.  My sessions for individuals are normally 50 minutes in length, but longer sessions are sometimes offered upon request. During our complimentary 20-minute phone consultation, we will discuss rates and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process and how it can meet your needs.  In compliance with Title 45, section 149.610 Code of Federal Regulations, I will provide a "Good Faith Estimate" of anticipated therapy costs to private pay clients at the start of treatment.

I accept most major credit cards, checks and cash. Credit cards are securely stored in my electronic health record and billed at time of service.

Insurance

 

I do not bill insurance directly, as I am an “out of network” provider. However, I can provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. If this is of interest to you, please contact your insurance provider to determine coverage. Other options may include the usage of a flex spending account or a health savings account.  It is your responsibility to verify coverage.
